Online registration opens on February 24^th 2025

NOTES
* Residential trainees & nurses should verify their status by uploading an official certificate from their Institution during the online registration.

The Registration Fees include:

• Delegate’s badge
• Admission to the scientific sessions
• Admission to the exhibition hall
• Congress bag with scientific material
• Certificate of attendance
• Accreditation
• Coffee breaks, lunches during the meeting
• Welcome reception

Registration Payment Methods

All registration fees should be paid in advance in EUR and made out to VM Congresses Ltd, mentioning EORTC CLTG 2025 Annual Meeting. Please do not forget to indicate your first and last name on the payment.

Payments can be made by:

1. Credit Card

Visa or MasterCard are accepted. Credit cards are debited in EUR.

2. Bank Transfer

Account Holder: VM CONGRESSES LIMITED

Please make sure all bank fees are covered by the submitting account and that the payment is free of charge for the receiver account. Please mention your first and last name and "EORTC CLTG 2025 Annual Meeting" on the bank transfer.

Payment by bank transfer is only possible until 6^th October 2025. Only credit card payments will be accepted after that date.

3. On-site registrations will be paid by cash or credit card.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

The Meeting Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail ([email protected]) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Meeting in October 2025.

Phishing Awareness

You are strongly advised to be alert for unauthorized agents who may contact you directly by email or phone, offering their services. Free Spirit and VM Congresses are the officially authorized and exclusive PCOs of the Meeting.
